Head Coach Charlotte Ercil has named a ten-player squad for the CommBank ParaMatildas' upcoming IFCPF Women's World Cup 2026 tournament, as the team defends the World Cup title they claimed in the 2024 edition of the tournament.
Meet our squad that will take part in the IFCPF Women's World Cup 2026 from the 14th – 23rd October in Atlanta, USA.
#1 Carly Salmon
Debut: 2/09/2023 v Japan
Caps (Goals): 17 (8)
Carly Salmon made her CommBank ParaMatildas debut in Australia's three-match series in Japan in September 2023. Since her debut, she helped Australia claim the IFCPF Women's World Cup 2024 title and will be competing in her second World Cup for the CommBank ParaMatildas.
Traditionally found in goals, she can also play outfield, playing in midfield, where she found the back of the net in the IFCPF Asia-Oceania Women’s Championships 2023 to help Australia to their first-ever title.
Salmon was part of the team that made it to the final of the 2025 IFCPF Women's Intercontinental Cup, where they finished as runners-up to the USA.
#2 Trinity McPhie
Debut: 14/11/2024 v Japan

Trinity McPhie made her debut for the CommBank ParaMatildas in the last World Cup, coming off the bench in Australia's win over Japan to start the tournament. The defender went on to help Australia to the World Cup title in the 2024 edition of the tournament.
McPhie featured in the IFCPF Asia-Oceania Women’s Championships 2023 side that claimed the title on home soil. The Queenslander represented her state at the National Para Football Championships 2025 in Melbourne, suffering an injury during the tournament that saw her miss the February 2026 training camp.
#3 Tahlia Blanshard
Debut: 11/05/2022 v Netherlands

Tahlia Blanshard is one of five players heading to their third World Cup, after making her debut for Australia during their inaugural game at the IFCPF Women's World Cup 2022 tournament, where Australia made it all the way to the final but went down to the USA in the decider.
The defender helped Australia claim back-to-back titles when they lifted the IFCPF Asia-Oceania Women’s Championships 2023 title and the IFCPF Women's World Cup 2024 trophy, with Blanshard finding the back of the net in Australia's group stage victory over the USA, their first win over the side.
Blanshard will be one of the most experienced players heading to the tournament and will be integral in helping Australia retain their World Cup title.
#4 Tamsin Colley
Debut: 05/11/23 v Nepal

Tamsin Colley made her debut for Australia during the IFCPF Asia-Oceania Women’s Championships 2023, coming off the bench in their win over Nepal, and going on to help Australia claim the title.
Colley featured in the IFCPF Women's World Cup 2024 title-winning side, as well as at the 2025 IFCPF Women's Intercontinental Cup. The defender helped her home state, NSW, claim the Bronze medal at the National Para Football Championships 2025 in Melbourne and will be looking to make her World Cup debut when she heads to the USA.
#5 Lainee Harrison

Lainee Harrison is another one of the 10-player squad that is heading over to the third IFCPF World Cup, being in the squad that claimed the silver medal in the first edition of the tournament in 2022 as well as bringing home the title during the 2024 edition.
Harrison will be bringing her experience to the tournament as she competes in her fourth major tournament for her country. Fans can expect her to bring energy into the game and a threat up front.
#6 Katelyn Smith
Debut: 11/05/2022 v Netherlands

Katelyn Smith is a welcome addition to the squad for the title defence after her performance at the last World Cup, with the shotstopper racing against the clock to return following an ACL injury during the National Para Football Championships 2025.
Smith's performance in the IFCPF Women's World Cup 2024 final was one for the history books, scoring a hat-trick in the 6-2 victory over the USA, playing in goal during the game and making some vital saves to ensure Australia clinched the title, as well as scoring two long-range stunners.
The West Australians' experience will be important for the squad, with Smith one of five players that has played in every edition of the IFCPF Women's World Cup, claiming the 2022 World Cup Goalkeeper of the Tournament.
#7 Eloise Northam
Debut: 11/05/2022 v Netherlands

Eloise Northam is another player heading to their third World Cup for Australia, playing a crucial part in the CommBank ParaMatildas' 2024 triumph. Northam featured in the IFCPF Asia-Oceania Women’s Championships 2023 title-winning side as well.
Heading to her third World Cup, her experience will be critical as the team looks to defend their title. Northam found the back of the net in the last edition of the tournament, scoring against the USA in Australia's first-ever victory over the side.
#8 Annmarie de Uriarte
Debut: 2/09/2023 v Japan
Caps (Goals): 16 (24)
Annmarie de Uriarte is a threat in front of goals, having racked up 24 goals for her country in just 16 appearances after making her debut in 2023. Reminiscent of the forward's stunning four-goal performance against the Republic of Ireland in 2024, our 2026 title defence begins with a high-stakes rematch against the Irish.
This will be the forward's fourth major tournament with Australia, having helped the title to glory in the 2024 edition of the World Cup.
#9 Leah Spaine
Debut: Yet to make her debut

Leah Spaine heads over to the USA as our only uncapped player, after progressing through the national team environment. Spaine has featured in the CommBank ParaMatildas' training camps since November 2025, after being invited to trial with the team following impressive training with the Football NSW side.
Spaine will be eyeing her debut for Australia in the side's opening game of the tournament.
#10 Georgia Beikoff

Georgia Beikoff heads to her third World Cup as Australia's top goalscorer, claiming the Golden Boot at the 2022 edition of the tournament. Beikoff's experience was vital to Australia's 2024 title win, scoring a brace in the final against the USA to ensure the side claimed the title.
The midfielder has featured at all major tournaments for Australia from the 2022 & 2024 IFCPF World Cup, IFCPF Asia-Oceania Women’s Championships 2023 and the 2025 IFCPF Women's Intercontinental Cup.
